	- Shipping Time: Orders typically take about one week to arrive.

	- No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

	- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

	- Lost & Damaged Items:

	- If a package is lost in transit, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

	- If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will offer a replacement. Customers must email nourfayad@dassterling.com with details and photos of the damage.
